Paid to have trousers tailored by Tuesday PM. I had to go in three times on Wednesday morning in order to collect them, initially being told they couldn't find them then come back on Wednesday afternoon. Turns out they took them to Mitcham to have the alteration done, some man then tried to shout at me & argue with me on the phone upon collection that because I was on the phone when I dropped them off they weren't ready on time. The only thing worse than failing to deliver on a service a customer pays for is to be rude, aggressive & tell ridiculous lies.
